Tiffany grew up in the beautiful islands of Hawaii. She currently lives in Bentonville, AR with her husband and children. She has spent her career in technology, across several industries. She started her career in the finance industry, with 12 years at Bank of America. Tiffany then made a move to the retail industry and took a role in technology at Walmart’s Home Office. She led several transformation and continuous improvement efforts, to progress the Global Data organization to Agile & Product ways of working. She then made a career move to Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and led the strategy, portfolio, Governance, Awareness, and communications areas for cyber-security in technology. With her time at Lowe’s, she led the Women in Technology group and served with the Women Empowered Business Resource Group leadership team. These roles allowed her to use her passion to drive change and advocacy for women across the organization. She is currently serving as a Senior Director in IT Applications for Tyson Foods, Inc. Tiffany is an Author, Speaker and Advocate for women, who uses her strong connection with people to drive change and empowerment.
Alison Wish is a seasoned leader in Arkansas's technology sector, bringing over 20 years of experience in building technical solutions and leading talented teams. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Arkansas Coding Academy (ArCA) at the University of Central Arkansas, where she has been instrumental since December 2020 in shaping the next generation of tech talent. Under her leadership, ArCA has seen increased enrollment, forged new corporate partnerships, and established an advisory board, all while focusing on producing career-ready, entry-level technical talent to meet the growing demand in Arkansas.
Prior to her role at ArCA, Alison began her career as a software engineer and held leadership roles at Acxiom, where she managed teams across the US and Poland, supporting Fortune 500 clients. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from Arkansas Tech University and is committed to fostering a diverse and skilled tech workforce in Arkansas.
Becky Passmore is an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a highly experienced Digital Forensic Examiner/Cyber Analyst with a strong background in investigative work. Mrs. Passmore previously served as a Senior Vice President at Kroll, Inc. in Digital Forensics and Incident Response, working on investigations in Ransomware, Business Email Compromise, Cloud Enterprise, and Intrusions. With over 20 years of investigative experience, she has honed her skills as a Senior Digital Forensic Examiner within the federal government. Throughout her career, she has successfully conducted several challenging digital investigations ranging from national security to insider threats, internet fraud, child exploitation, terrorism, and public corruption.
She has been recognized for her skill and has presented expert testimony in computer forensics trials, displaying her ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences. Her contributions have been instrumental in ensuring justice and safeguarding digital environments.
To support her extensive experience, she holds a Master of Science degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigations. She has also obtained multiple certifications, including the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists CFCE (Certified Forensic Computer Examiner), National White Collar Crime Center 3CE (Certified Computer Examiner), SANS GCFE (GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner), SANS GASF (GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics), CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Net+. These certifications validate her deep understanding of industry best practices and commitment to staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving field of digital forensics and cybersecurity.
She remains a highly valued professional in digital forensics and incident response through her dedication, expertise, and continuous professional development. Her contributions to protecting organizations and investigating cyber-related crimes have significantly impacted the field.
Dawn-Marie Martin is invested in advancing women in their careers. Known for her engaging and approachable personality, Dawn-Marie has earned a reputation as a leader who not only drives results but also inspires those around her to grow both professionally and personally. Her career is marked by a dedication to connecting people and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. With over 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries—including finance, telecom, utilities, and IT—Dawn-Marie has developed a versatile and well-rounded expertise in talent acquisition, project management, and team development.
Currently a manager at CG Infinity, Dawn-Marie plays an instrumental role in supporting her team’s development, empowering individuals to reach their career goals while maintaining a balance with their personal aspirations. Her leadership style is centered on mentorship, positivity, and a strong belief in continuous improvement. She has been a mentor in The Venture Center's WomenAchieve group as well as volunteering for Girls in STEM opportunities.
Outside of work, Dawn-Marie enjoys spending quality time with her 11-year-old daughter and her two Australian Shepherds. Whether it's a day out in nature or cozying up at home, she finds joy in life's simple pleasures and cherishes the time spent with her loved ones. Dawn-Marie is an active member of her community, serving as a Board member for the UCA Alumni Association. Her passion for giving back and staying connected to her alma mater reflects her commitment to helping others succeed and make meaningful contributions to their communities. Dawn-Marie is also an active member of her church at 2nd Baptist in Conway.
Alex Dye is a Data Analyst at First Orion, a leading technology company in North Little Rock. A native of Rudy, Arkansas, Alex's journey to tech began in a unique way. She was homeschooled throughout her grade school years, which laid a strong foundation for her independent thinking and problem-solving skills. Initially pursuing a college degree in English education, Alex soon realized her true passion lay outside of the classroom. After spending over a decade gaining valuable experience in retail and customer service, she decided to pivot and explore a new career path.
In pursuit of her new goals, Alex enrolled in a full-stack development bootcamp, which marked the turning point in her career. Two years later, she transitioned into the tech industry, where she now thrives in her role as a Data Analyst at First Orion. Alex is also committed to promoting education and expanding opportunities for women and girls in the technology field. She strongly believes that while opportunities for women in tech are not always readily available, they are certainly worth fighting for, and she is passionate about leading that charge.
As the first Secretary of Women in Technology of Central Arkansas (WiTCA), Alex is honored to serve in a pivotal role for the chapter. She is dedicated to empowering and supporting women in their pursuit of STEM careers, creating mentorship opportunities, and fostering a community where women can thrive. Alex's work with WiTCA is driven by her commitment to breaking down barriers and advocating for a more inclusive future in tech.
Sandra currently serves as the Cybersecurity Education Research Professor and Director of Cybersecurity Outreach and Education at UA Little Rock. In these roles, she oversees cybersecurity education programs and outreach initiatives, leveraging over a decade of experience in STEM education. Sandra coordinates K-12 and corporate cybersecurity training, recruitment for the Cybersecurity degree program, and awareness campaigns on online safety and security.
Previously, Sandra taught middle school math, science, and engineering, as well as university-level education courses. She worked as a Math Specialist for Arkansas, providing professional development for math teachers across the state. Passionate about expanding opportunities for underrepresented groups in technical fields, Sandra focuses especially on mentoring girls and women in STEM.
Sandra holds a BS in Middle School Math & Science Education, a graduate certificate in K-12 Gifted Education, and an MSE in Digital Teaching and Online Learning. She earned a Ph.D. in Math Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has completed a graduate certificate in Teaching Cybersecurity through the National Cybersecurity Teaching Academy.
